Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Market Development Representative in Singapore to generate new business through outbound calls and targeted emails. The role involves spending about 80% of time on phone prospecting, with hands-on training in strategic selling within a fast-growing SaaS company.

The position reports to the Manager, Market Development Representatives and is a hybrid in-office/remote role with at least two days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years outbound sales experience
• Prior experience in the SaaS industry
• Excellent communication skills, strong drive, resilience and humility
• The ability to form strong business relationships
• Inquisitive nature, ability to gather information and formulate an action plan to connect business needs to solutions

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects in core vertical markets, offering tailored solutions to solve and improve business process problems
• Schedule appointments between prospects and our Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise verticals
• Use CRM strategically to record information and identify further opportunities in your assigned territory
• Work closely with marketing to create email and LinkedIn campaigns to increase company and personal brand awareness
