Job summary

DocuSign in Singapore is seeking a Market Development Representative to generate new business through outbound calls and targeted emails. You will spend about 80% of your time prospecting by phone, receive hands-on training, and report to the Manager, Market Development Representatives.

The role is a hybrid in-office/remote position with minimum 2 days per week in the office. You will work to connect with potential customers in core verticals and build strong business relationships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years outbound sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects in core vertical markets with tailored solutions.
• Schedule appointments between prospects and Account Executives across SMB, Mid‑Market or Enterprise verticals.
• Use CRM to record information and identify opportunities in your territory.
• Collaborate with marketing on email and LinkedIn campaigns to grow awareness.
