Job summary

Sephora seeks an Executive, Demand Planning to lead demand planning for a portfolio across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. You will balance stock availability, cash, and costs in warehouses while aligning with regional teams on launches and events.

The role requires SAP experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic beauty retail environment. This position supports omnichannel operations in SEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or Supply Chain.
• 1+ year in Supply Chain Management; FMCG preferred.
• Strong data analysis and actionable insights.
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel.
• Able to collaborate across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, integrating commercial targets, launches, events, and seasonality to meet forecast accuracy expectations.
• Collaborate with Regional Category Management on forecast of active and new launch products.
• Support New Launch Forecast Alignment with Regional Category Management and challenge where needed.
• Conduct monthly root-cause analysis on forecast inaccuracy.
• Participate in S&OP to align forecasts with financial plans and launches.
• Communicate shortage risks, slow-moving and discontinued products to determine inventory reduction plans and aging stock control.
• Update product assortments with regional partners and brands to improve supply services.
