Job summary

L'Oréal’s Singapore hub is seeking a numbers-driven S&OP professional to lead the Sales & Operations Planning process across markets, partnering with plants, sourcing and local teams to balance demand with capacity. You’ll ensure product availability and drive stock health across the end-to-end network.

Reporting to the S&OP Head, you’ll analyze demand variations, define production priorities, and optimize end-to-end supply chain performance while coordinating launches and capacity investments.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading S&OP processes across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical skills to consolidate demand and stocks.
  • Ability to balance production plans with factory constraints.
  • Stakeholder management across plants, sourcing and markets.
  • Proven track record in capacity planning and launch planning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Sales and Operation Planning process (S&OP) to ensure the availability of products to clients.
  • Provide the right level of service and stocks optimization to contribute to the Supply Chain performance.
  • Analyze and consolidate demand and stocks parameters of subsidiaries - Ensure the framing of demand (consistency, historical base).
  • Analyze monthly/weekly demand variations needs and define the priorities for the production plan with factories.
  • Ensure consistency of factories production plan according to demand and make recommendations in case of inconsistency. Confirm availability plan.
  • Manage stocks parameters on the whole end-to-end Supply Chain and participates in operational activities/projects for reduction of E&O
  • Communicate updated information on supply chain stocks and service policy (possible slow movers, service) to subsidiaries.
  • Be the referee on proposals to dispatch available quantities to subsidiaries in case of shortages.
  • Challenge factories on their capacity to integrate market constraints (batch and run sizes, queueing line, management of shortage); Lead long term capacity investment studies to support future growth of business.
  • New Launch scenario planning, sizing review, launch announcement and launch validation according to threshold framework; Alignment with zone marketing and key countries on launch strategies
  • Manage catalogue and contribute to its rationalization. In charge of operational monthly cycle of new launch master data.
  • Follow up and analyze performance indicators. Make recommendations.

A Day in the Life

You'll lead the Sales & Operations Planning process for your perimeter, partnering closely with plants, sourcing, and local markets to balance demand with industrial capacity. Reporting to the S&OP Head within our regional Operations hub in Singapore, you ensure optimal product availability while driving stock health across the end-to-end network.

  • Capacity and Agility Planning: Proven track record in orchestrating multi-market supply plans, modelling capacity scenarios, and navigating manufacturing constraints.
  • Launch Management: Hands-on experience coordinating new product introductions from phase-in to phase-out while controlling inventory risks.
  • E2E Value Chain Acumen: Solid grasp of end-to-end supply chain flows across sourcing, manufacturing, and downstream distribution.
  • IT Tools Acumen: High proficiency in enterprise planning systems (such as SAP/APO) and advanced data analytics tools including Excel and Power BI.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal capability to unite cross-functional partners around shared supply decisions and operational priorities.
