Job summary

NSEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead maintenance strategy, including renewals and technology refresh, aligning with business priorities.

You will coordinate UAT for software bots, oversee the full RPA deployment lifecycle, manage costs and forecasts, and ensure that cloud, API endpoints and legacy systems work together.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT/IM or equivalent, 5+ years in PM with Agile, cloud and DevOps experience, plus Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with software/product development cycles and Agile.
• Solid track record in cloud deployment and workflow automation.
• Technical understanding of Application Integration, DevOps concepts and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop strategy for maintenance including renewals and technology refresh.
• Coordinate UAT and define framework guidelines for software bots before deployment.
• Oversee the full RPA deployment lifecycle including review of key documents.
• Manage project costs, change requests, and forecasts; keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensure RPA deployment architecture aligns with cloud microservices, APIs and legacy infrastructure.
• Evaluate service providers using tender evaluations and market benchmarking.
• Monitor KPIs related to system health and service delivery, surfacing issues early.
