Job summary

NSEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead maintenance strategy, including renewals and technology refresh, aligning with business priorities.

You will coordinate UAT for software bots, oversee the full RPA deployment lifecycle, manage costs and forecasts, and ensure that cloud, API endpoints and legacy systems work together.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT/IM or equivalent, 5+ years in PM with Agile, cloud and DevOps experience, plus Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with software/product development cycles and Agile.
• Solid track record in cloud deployment and workflow automation.
• Technical understanding of Application Integration, DevOps concepts and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Our client, one of Asia-Pacific's leading organizations is looking for:

IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop strategy for maintenance (new & renewal, technology refresh) to meet the business objectives, including conducting periodic reviews to ensure strategies remain relevant and aligned with evolving organisational priorities.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and define framework compliance guidelines for software bots before they deploy to active legal operations environments.
• Oversee the full RPA deployment lifecycle, including the review of Process Definition Documents and Solution Design Documents.
• Manage project costs, including change requests and service requests, to ensure that projects achieve their planned benefits within budget, maintaining accurate financial tracking and providing timely cost forecasts to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that RPA deployment architecture aligns seamlessly with modern cloud microservices, virtual environments, API endpoints, and legacy infrastructure.
• Evaluate and select service providers best suited to meet maintenance objectives, applying structured assessment frameworks such as tender evaluations, proof-of-concept exercises, or market benchmarking to ensure value-for-money and fit-for-purpose outcomes.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to system health, maintenance effectiveness, and service delivery on a regular basis, surfacing issues early and working with relevant parties to resolve them promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, experience participating in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology with past development experience.
• Solid track record of leading both cloud deployment and workflow automation initiatives.
• Technical understanding of Application Integration, Devops concepts and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
