Job summary

ERP21 PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Alumni CRM Specialist to manage and support the alumni relationship management platform, focusing on engagement, communication, and data-driven outreach for alumni and stakeholders.

You will handle day-to-day operations, data integrity, user segmentation, events, and reporting, collaborating with internal teams to improve platform usability while ensuring PDPA compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, IT, communications or related field.
• Experience with CRM systems or data management tools preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with data (Excel, basic reporting tools).
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Some experience in events or community engagement is a plus.

• Ensure compliance with data protection and governance policies (PDPA).
