Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated alumni engagement specialist to manage communications and CRM-based outreach from our Central Singapore office.

This 1-year contract role involves planning and coordinating local and overseas alumni activities, while supporting digital engagement through social media and website updates. You will monitor engagement, prepare reports, and collaborate with the Career Services Team to create opportunities for students and graduates, including

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in community engagement, events, alumni relations or related roles.
• Digitally savvy, with experience in social media and CRM or database management.
• Able to support occasional evening or weekend events when required.
• Willing to travel independently overseas to support alumni events when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage alumni communications and respond to enquiries across multiple channels.
• Maintain and manage the alumni database/CRM to support outreach, engagement, and reporting.
