Job summary

National University Of Singapore’s Office of Alumni Relations seeks a Manager to oversee onboarding, training, and engagement on the Alumni CRM and Community Platform. You will train staff and alumni, manage the community environment, and serve as the tech liaison to ensure the platforms meet user needs.

This role focuses on enhancing adoption, engagement, and feedback-driven improvements, aligning with university initiatives and alumni relations objectives on Kent Ridge Campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in systems administration, user training, community management, or digital platform management.
• Proven experience working with CRM systems.
• Prior experience managing or moderating an online community platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding programs and training materials for the Alumni CRM and Alumni Community Platform.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff and alumni and maintain self-service resources.
• Manage the Alumni Community Platform to foster a vibrant, engaging digital environment.
• Coordinate between end-users and IT/vendors to troubleshoot issues and roll out enhancements.
