ADVANCED E-SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a 24/7 IT support specialist to keep factory operations running smoothly. You will handle service requests, diagnose issues, and collaborate with global teams to restore services rapidly.

The role requires strong customer focus, patience, and basic IT skills (Windows, networking). You will use ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in investigating problems and documenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 shift support to ensure uninterrupted factory operations.
• Receive, classify and log service requests and incidents.
• Identify issues from guidelines and diagnose using standard procedures.
• Escalate complex incidents to appropriate teams promptly.
• Document incidents by symptoms and resolutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with global support teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Support information security compliance across factory clients.
