Aspire Fintech invites recent graduates to join its Launchpad Program as Growth & Acquisition Associates, a 12–18 month full-time rotation in Asia. You’ll gain end-to-end exposure across business development, inside sales, and partnerships, with hands-on experience driving revenue and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• Strong interest in fintech, startups, and commercial roles
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

Responsabilités

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support expansion strategies
• Assist in building and nurturing relationships with key external stakeholders
• Inside Sales: Manage inbound and outbound leads throughout the sales funnel
• Engage prospective customers via calls, emails, and product demos
• Track pipeline activity and performance using CRM tools
• Channel Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners (e.g., affiliates, platforms, resellers)
• Collaborate with partners on co-marketing and joint go-to-market initiatives
