Job summary

Capital Group invites you to join the Client & Product Track Associate program in Singapore, a two-year rotational experience that exposes you to teams linking Capital Group's investment capabilities with clients and growth initiatives.

Across rotations you’ll develop commercial acumen, analytical and communication skills, and firsthand experience supporting client engagement, product strategy, marketing, and analytics-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Minimum GPA: 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent 3.75/5.0).
• Must have work authorization for the country of employment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Assist client engagement, relationship management, and client service initiatives.
• Support product strategy, marketing, and business development activities.
• Contribute to analytics, insights, and decision-making to drive growth.
• Participate in Capital Group Core Skills Academy and development resources.
