Job summary

Capital Group is seeking high-potential students for its Client & Product Track Associate program. This two-year rotational opportunity connects capital markets expertise with client needs, advancing in areas like product strategy, marketing, analytics, and business management.

You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting client engagement, developing commercial acumen, and strengthening communication and leadership skills through three distinct rotations and the Core Skills Academy.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree with anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, 3.75/5.0, or equivalent.
• Work authorization requirements vary by country and may be required to work in the applicable country of employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Sales & Relationship Management, Business Management, Product Strategy, Marketing, and Insights & Analytics.
• Support client engagement, business development, and client services during rotations.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns, product positioning, and data-driven recommendations for stakeholders.
