Job summary

Capital Group offers a two-year rotational program designed to build business operations and enterprise leadership capabilities. You’ll gain exposure across investments operations, enablement, and shared services while developing analytical and project-management skills.

As part of the program, you’ll join rotations, contribute to strategic initiatives, and participate in Core Skills Academy with development and leadership opportunities. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Three rotational assignments over two years across Investment Operations, Enablement and Global Business Services.
• Develop business acumen, strengthen analytical skills, and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, process improvements and stakeholder engagement.
• Participate in Capital Group’s Core Skills Academy for development and growth.
