Capital Group is launching the Business & Operations Track Associate program, a two-year rotational experience across core business operations and enterprise functions. You will gain broad exposure, develop business acumen, and build problem-solving and quantitative skills through rotations and the Core Skills Academy.

Ideal candidates are analytical, collaborative, and eager to learn how global businesses operate.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, 3.75/5.0, or equivalent
• Work authorization requirements vary by country. Candidates should have, or be able to obtain, authorization to work in the applicable country of employment

Responsibilities

• Three rotational assignments over two years across Investment Operations, Investment Enablement, and Global Business Services.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, analyze business challenges, and develop recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to support business priorities and drive operational effectiveness.
