Job summary

Sierra Ventures is seeking a technically savvy sales professional in Singapore to serve as the expert advisor on automation solutions. You will build and maintain client relationships, understand customers’ automation challenges, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to progress and close opportunities.

You will be rewarded with attractive commissions and the opportunity to influence project outcomes for manufacturers adopting AI-powered robotics software.

Qualifications

• Experience in robotic engineering and simulation work is preferred.
• Experience or keen to learn lead generation and account management.
• High willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Ability to effectively communicate product value propositions, negotiate commercial contracts, and close deals.
• Comfortable with travelling internationally for work.
• Ability to take initiative and self-manage to achieve key objectives and company KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor to manufacturing customers around automation solutions.
• Apply subject matter expertise to build and maintain client relationships and solve their complex automation challenges.
• Collaborate with sales and technical team members to help identify, progress, and close commercial opportunities.
• Develop sales processes and build relationships with stakeholders to design and offer solutions that solve customer pain points.
• Attractive commissions will be awarded.
