Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a knowledgeable risk QA specialist to join our Quality Assurance team. You will conduct daily QA of risk operations, own QA programs, deliver monthly reports, and identify gaps with actionable improvements across global processes and systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in risk management for payments or financial services, deep regulatory knowledge, and strong analytical, Mandarin and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in risk management for payments or financial services.
• Strong regulatory, brand, credit, fraud risk knowledge.
• Experience in process optimization.
• Quality control or QA experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily QA checks on risk operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Own QA programs, driving productivity and precision.
• Deliver monthly QA reports highlighting errors and gaps.
• Analyze root causes and propose remediation actions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to improve quality across processes and systems.
• Lead or support global quality uplift projects.
