Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific in Singapore seeks a junior solution consultant – pre-sales to bridge client needs with our IT offerings, working alongside sales, solution architects, and developers to shape practical digital solutions.

Ideal for fresh graduates with interest in IT services, software development, and digital transformation; you will build prototypes, prepare pre-sales materials, and assist in translating requirements into scalable, secure proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant working experience welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of software development concepts, APIs, system integration, and SDLC.
• Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, React, Angular, Node.js or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support client meetings, discovery sessions, and solution workshops to understand business needs and objectives.
• Assist solution consultants and architects in translating requirements into practical, scalable IT solutions.
• Prepare pre-sales materials including proposals, architecture diagrams, technical docs, scope of work, and tender responses.
• Develop prototypes, APIs, dashboards, and simple apps to demonstrate proposed solutions.
• Support software development activities under guidance of senior technical team members.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, vendors, and partners on feasibility, costing, and handover to delivery.
