Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant working experience welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of software development concepts, APIs, system integration, and SDLC.
• Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, React, Angular, Node.js or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support client meetings, discovery sessions, and solution workshops to understand business needs and objectives.

• Support software development activities under guidance of senior technical team members.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technology-driven Junior Solution Consultant – Pre-Sales to join our IT services business.

The role acts as a bridge between clients' business requirements and our IT and digital solution offerings. The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams, solution architects, software developers, delivery teams, technology partners, and vendors to design, demonstrate, and deliver suitable solutions for clients across different industries.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in solution consulting, technical pre-sales, software development, IT consulting, or solution architecture within an IT services or system integration environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Support client meetings, discovery sessions, and solution workshops to understand business needs, operational challenges, technical requirements, and project objectives.
• Assist solution consultants and architects in translating client requirements into practical, scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT and digital solutions.
• Prepare pre-sales materials, including solution proposals, presentations, architecture diagrams, technical documentation, scope of work, tender responses, effort estimations, and implementation approaches.
• Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, simple web or mobile applications, APIs, automation scripts, dashboards, and system integrations to demonstrate and validate proposed solutions.
• Support software development activities, including requirements analysis, application design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, deployment, and application enhancement under the guidance of senior technical team members.
• Collaborate with sales, software development, delivery teams, technical specialists, vendors, and partners on solution feasibility, demonstrations, costing, proposal reviews, project implementation, and handover to the delivery team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong interest in IT services, software development, solution consulting, digital transformation, or technical pre-sales.
• Basic knowledge of software development concepts, application design, programming, databases, APIs, system integration, and the software development lifecycle.
• Basic programming knowledge in one or more languages or frameworks, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, React, Angular, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise applications, data analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, cybersecurity, or other digital solutions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand both business and technical requirements.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Good presentation and documentation skills, including the ability to prepare proposals, presentation slides, technical diagrams, and solution documents.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, programming tools, business domains, client environments, and IT service offerings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, consulting, software development, delivery, technical teams, vendors, and partners.
• Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, software testing, version control, and application deployment would be an advantage.
