Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore is offering a Rewards & Well-being Internship that lets you work on rewards, benefits, and well-being programmes while gaining hands-on exposure to administration, communication, and data-driven insights.

You will support reports, dashboards, stakeholder updates, and cross-functional collaboration. Commencement January 2027 for at least 5 months full-time, with opportunities to learn and contribute in a dynamic HR environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & design tools Canva, Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and management of rewards and benefits programmes.
• Contribute to reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Create internal communications materials and programme guides.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align timelines and actions.
• Analyse market trends and employee feedback to gain insights.
• Assist in evaluating programme progress and continuous improvement.
