Job summary

Grab Singapore invites an HR Engagement Intern to join the People Operations team, focusing on building an engaging intern experience and internal culture.

This full-time internship runs January to May/June 2027 and is fully onsite at Grab One North, offering exposure to wellness, inclusivity, and AI-powered HR initiatives.

You will craft internal content, track engagement, and partner across teams to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergrad in HR, Business, or Communications.
• Proficient with Google Suite and design tools (Canva/Adobe).
• Interest in applying AI to automate HR tasks and improve workflows.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple partners and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end intern lifecycle from hiring to onboarding to engagement.
• Coordinate planning and execution of culture activities focusing on wellness and inclusion.
• Write and design editorial content for internal channels (email and intranet).
• Evaluate engagement metrics and use data to improve programmes.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize HR processes via automation and AI.
