Job summary

Marsh in Singapore is seeking a talented student to join our Workforce Health Consulting team for a 6- to 12-month internship. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office each week, to support evidence-informed workplace wellbeing initiatives and collaborate with experienced consultants.

You will research workplace trends, synthesize insights, and contribute to the design of wellbeing programs that make a real impact for our clients and their employees.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or graduating from a bachelor's degree program in a relevant field.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and contribute to program design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of workplace wellbeing programs, from research and design through to implementation and evaluation.
• Conduct research, synthesize insights, and contribute ideas to evidence-informed program design.
• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and gather feedback.
• Assist in the preparation of materials, presentations, communications, and engagement collaterals.
• Support program measurement and evaluation activities, including participation tracking and outcome analysis.
