NCS, a leading AI Tech Services company in Asia Pacific, invites you to join the Rewards & Well Being Team as an intern to help shape employee experiences.

You’ll support policy refresh, career progression, dashboards, and cross-functional programs while learning hands-on project management.

This internship starts January 2027 for at least five months and offers exposure to people analytics, communications, and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) & Design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration and management of new employee rewards and benefit programs including preparing reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Content Creation & Communication: Create inspiring, educational content for internal communications to boost program awareness.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with people partners and leadership.
• Market research & Data Analysis: Analyse trends and feedback to drive program evolution.
• Program Evaluation: Monitor progress and support continuous improvements.
