Job summary

MINDSG Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Performance and Rewards to drive performance management and support compensation across the organisation.

You will ensure accurate HRIS records, contribute to salary benchmarking, handle salary increments and bonuses, and collaborate with Finance for payroll and audits, while supporting surveys and analytics to strengthen our rewards framework.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Human Resources or Compensation and Benefits related.
• 3–5 years relevant Compensation, Performance and Rewards experience.
• Proficient in Excel; payroll knowledge advantageous.
• Good eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Performance Appraisal stages per framework.
• Develop communications on performance reviews and timelines.
• Coordinate Performance Ranking sessions with senior management.
• Maintain records of performance reviews in HRIS.
• Organise promotions and related communications.
• Support salary benchmarking exercises.
• Lead Excel simulations for Salary Increment activities and publish e-letters.
• Lead Excel simulations for Bonuses and publish e-letters.
• Handle ad-hoc compensation tasks (stipends, allowances).
• Assist in end-to-end Annual EOM budget prep.
• Assist payroll processing in HRIS and ensure timely salary payments.
• Support data/report generation for compensation/payroll audits.
• Track secondment invoices and government funding; liaise with Finance.
• Participate in salary and benefits surveys (MSF, NCSS, MOM, SNEF, Mercer).
• Develop payroll analytics dashboards to support projects.
• Communicate benefits, claims, retirement, re-employment, termination guidelines.
• Update compensation/payroll policies in handbook/SOPs.
• Collaborate to improve C&B/Payroll SOPs and HRIS.
• Support events like Long Service Award and influenza vaccination.
• Alternate with Benefits staff for Phantom Employee checks.
