The role demands strong project management, vendor engagement, and governance oversight, with a focus on data integration, AI-enabled insights, and compliant processes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Project Management of HRIS projects.
• Familiar with HR processes, software and Cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with data governance and analytics in HR/Finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement finance and staff management systems across the organization.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors; lead UAT and training.
• Drive data, AI, and automation initiatives within HR and finance domains.
• Ensure compliance and governance across implemented systems.
