Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is heavily involved in supporting the implementation of a refreshed HR system. The role includes participating in comprehensive UAT and preparing communication materials and user guides for system modules that fall within Performance and Rewards related areas.

Also involved in data migration through extraction and consolidation of records/files, and guiding internal stakeholders on system-related queries.

Qualifications

• Involved in UAT and preparation of communication materials for HR modules (Performance & Rewards).
• Data migration support through extraction and consolidation of records/files.
• Provide data support and analytics for design of performance, compensation and benefits policies.
• Assist in market/industry surveys and review compensation proposals.
• Ad-hoc involvement in Rewards and Group-wide projects.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, extract and analyze data for budgeting, compensation, benefits, and performance reviews.
• Prepare files and reports for regular compensation and performance reporting.
• Review compensation proposals outside approved parameters escalated by Talent Acquisition.
• Participate in market or industry surveys.
• Support ad-hoc Rewards and Group/Corporate projects.
