Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Compensation & Benefits specialist to support UAT, data migration, and budgeting activities within Performance and Rewards.

You will manage data extraction, consolidation, and analysis for budgeting, compensation, benefits, and performance reviews, and prepare regular compensation reports. The role also involves evaluating proposals outside approved parameters escalated by TA.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Performance, Compensation & Benefit roles.
• Analytical and meticulous mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participating in comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and preparation of communication materials and user guides for system modules within Performance and Rewards areas.
• Supporting the data migration phase through extraction and consolidation of records/files.
• Managing the consolidation, extraction and analysis of data points for budgeting, compensation, benefits, and performance reviews.
• Preparing files and reports for regular compensation and performance reporting.
• Reviewing compensation proposals outside the approved parameters, escalated by the Talent Acquisition team.
