Responsibilities

• Participating in comprehensive UAT and preparation of communication materials and user guides for HR modules in Performance and Rewards areas.
• Assisting data migration through extraction and consolidation of records/files.
• Guiding internal stakeholders on system-related queries and gathering feedback on system design and processes.
• Providing data support and analytics to inform design of policies relating to performance, compensation and benefits, including budgeting, reports, and reviews.
• Participating in Rewards and Group/Corporate projects on an ad-hoc basis.
