Job summary

Elliott Scott HR is partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to appoint a Reward Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Singapore. This role will support the organisation’s reward agenda, with a strong focus on benefits and vendor management.

You will manage benefits programmes, oversee relationships with providers, advise stakeholders on reward matters, and support benchmarking and salary reviews as part of the broader compensation function.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Reward, Compensation & Benefits or a similar role.
• Strong experience in benefits management and vendor management.
• Good understanding of compensation and reward practices.

• Support the delivery and management of reward and benefits programmes.
