Job summary

Salt is recruiting a Partnership Operations Manager in Singapore for a 12-month contract to join our social media client team. You will own the data cadence, publish performance data, and enable leaders to track progress and drive growth in cross-functional partnerships.

You will analyze large datasets to identify risks, optimize resource allocation, and surface actionable recommendations for business development across multiple verticals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Partnership Operations, or Business Operations within technology, SaaS, or digital advertising sectors.
• Proficiency in SQL or equivalent query languages is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's recurring data cadence, extracting, validating, and publishing performance data to track progress against targets.
• Monitor partner and vertical performance against goals, identify gaps and risks, and surface insights to owners with root-cause analysis.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support performance improvements and translate data into actionable recommendations for partnerships stakeholders.
• Track progress of global partnerships programs across multiple verticals, building reporting views for leadership.
• Own the budget and resource allocation processes for the Product Partnerships team, collaborating with Finance to submit and track partner budgets and refine SOPs.
