Job summary

Silvaco Inc is seeking a Sales Finance Manager in Singapore to build and own the sales finance function. The role partners with sales, business units, business development and marketing to develop forecasting processes and lead Salesforce improvements.

The candidate will create and run forecasting for bookings and revenue, support revenue meetings with executives, analyze win/loss and pricing by product and customer tier, and maintain dashboards on bookings, revenue, and pipeline across regions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or business-related field is required.
• 4-6 years experience partnering with sales teams and running forecasting processes.
• Experience with Salesforce including creating reports and system processes.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive detailed forecasting for bookings and revenue across the business.
• Lead long-term forecasting and market model with clear assumptions.
• Support weekly revenue meetings with executives and stakeholders to meet or exceed forecast.
