Job summary

The Financial Planning & Analysis role in Singapore leads financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across the commercial, residential, and aftermarket HVAC businesses.

Acting as a trusted finance partner, this position works with country business and sales leaders, regional finance teams, and stakeholders to deliver timely insights and drive accountability for financial commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field; professional qualification preferred.
• 5–8 years in FP&A or related finance roles, multinational or matrix environment.
• Strong modelling, forecasting, variance analysis and business performance skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; executive-level presentation experience.
• Experience with HFM and SAP; BI/dashboarding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A cadence: weekly updates, monthly forecasts, quarterly reviews, the annual plan, and long-range planning.
• Consolidate results across sales, orders, profitability, cash flow, and costs; identify drivers and trends.
• Prepare executive reviews and decision-support materials translating data into actionable insights.
• Partner with country sales leaders, business stakeholders, and regional teams to challenge assumptions and define actions.
• Coordinate with regional FP&A teams to deliver timely planning, forecasting, and reporting outputs.
• Manage Singapore budgets and forecasts, including actuals tracking, variance analysis, and cost governance.
• Oversee HFM consolidation, data validation, reconciliation, and period-lock procedures.
• Drive standardization, automation, and reporting improvements across lines of business.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses, business cases, and scenario modelling for leadership.
