Job summary

Alibaba Group in Singapore seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to lead financial planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts and performance analysis, providing decision support to management. You will build and optimize financial models covering P&L, cash flow and balance sheet to drive sustainable growth and better resource allocation.

You will lead regular financial reviews, deliver high-quality reports, and push digitalization and automation in finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
More than 5 years in FP&A or related financial analysis roles; large internet or multinational preferred.
Proficient in financial modeling, budget management, and performance analysis; skilled in mainstream tools.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex issues into clear insights.
Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing skills; English proficiency for a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overall financial planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with finance BP to build and optimize financial models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
Monitor metrics, identify risks/opportunities, and propose actionable improvements.
Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews with high-quality reports.
Drive digitalization and automation initiatives in finance to improve FP&A efficiency and accuracy.
