Job summary

Avani Singapore is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Director of Revenue Management to lead the hotel's revenue function through pre-opening and beyond. Reporting to the General Manager, you will maximize profitability through strategic pricing, forecasting, distribution management, and total hotel revenue optimization.

You will develop and execute revenue strategies across market segments, oversee forecasting and budgeting, and chair regular Revenue Meetings to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business or Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years in Revenue Management leadership within hospitality.
• Strong analytical and data translation to action.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening RM workstream: pricing, distribution setup, forecasting.
• Develop and execute revenue strategies across market segments.
• Drive Total Hotel Profit Optimization with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity to inform decisions.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and RM reporting.
• Chair regular Revenue Meetings to align strategies.
• Optimize distribution channel performance and pricing integrity.
• Recruit, develop, and lead RM and Reservations team.
