Job summary

Avani Singapore is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Management to lead the hotel's revenue function through pre-opening and beyond. reporting to the General Manager, you will maximize profitability through strategic pricing, forecasting, distribution management, and total hotel revenue optimization.

You will build and lead a high-performing Revenue and Reservations team, align with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Culinary to optimize all revenue streams, and stay ahead of market

Qualifications

• A degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance or related field.
• Experience leading revenue management in hospitality is essential.
• Pre-opening experience is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening revenue management workstream including distribution setup, pricing strategy, and forecasting processes.
• Develop and execute revenue strategies across segments to maximise hotel performance.
• Drive Total Hotel Profit through collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations and F&B.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and revenue reporting.
• Chair revenue meetings and ensure clear communication of strategies.
