Job summary

Talent First in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented accounts support professional to manage invoicing, billing accuracy, and revenue recognition. You will handle journal entries and follow up on outstanding debts, ensuring proper authorisation of billing documents.

Responsibilities include checking commissions and preparing monthly reports, along with ad-hoc tasks to support the supervisor in daily accounting operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related field with at least 1 year of experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Car invoicing for Revenue recognition and adhoc billings.
• Ensure billing documents are complete with proper authorization.
• Prepare and posting of journal entries.
• Follow up on outstanding debts.
• Checking of commissions.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior.
