Job summary

The Accounts Executive (Accounts Receivable) at SAVILLS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. will manage invoicing, receivables, and collections for Singapore entities, ensuring accurate GST treatment and revenue accounting in line with local regulations.

The role collaborates with business units to maintain strong internal controls over the revenue cycle and supports month-end closing. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in accounting, at least 2 years in AR or billing, and experience with ERP systems

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, billing, or finance operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/accounting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Revenue Management: submit invoice requisitions and issue customer invoices timely in accordance with local regulations.
• Accounts Receivable & Collections: record receipts, reconcile postings, and monitor aging to drive timely collections.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: support month-end closing and audit-ready documentation.
• Systems & Process Improvement: assist in UAT and finance-system enhancements, streamline workflows.
