Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related field; 1 year of experience preferred.
• Meticulous, organized and a good team player.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Car invoicing for Revenue recognition and ad hoc billings.
• Accrual of Cost of Sales.
• Ensure billing documents are complete with proper authorisation.
• Prepare and posting of journal entries.
• Follow up on outstanding debts.
• Checking of commissions.
• Prepare Sales/COS/GP reports and monthly reports.
• Do analysis of Sales/COS/GP.
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior.
