Qualifications

• Experience in Retail, Entertainment, Hospitality, Attractions or other customer-facing industries.
• Experience in theme parks, arcades, family entertainment centres, attractions or leisure venues is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a Supervisor, Senior Retail or Assistant Manager role is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to create an engaging customer experience.
• Positive, approachable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sales and KPI-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive store performance through sales planning and commercial awareness.
• Deliver an engaging and enjoyable customer experience.
• Manage staff rostering, stock control, loss prevention and daily operations.
• Train and develop team members to improve sales and customer service skills.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
• Support promotions, events and customer engagement activities.
