HOOGA, operated by EADECO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD., invites experienced retail leaders to join as a supervisory role focused on people, teamwork, and customer experience.

You will supervise retail associates, uphold store policies, deliver excellent service, manage daily operations, and maintain presentation and stock. Rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays are expected, with staff discounts and benefits accompanying a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervisory role preferred.
• Strong customer service focus with a desire to create positive shopping experiences.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Keen eye for store presentation and cleanliness standards.

Responsabilités

• Understand customers’ needs and provide product information and assistance.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and guide retail associates in following store policies and procedures.
• Support daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual displays, and stock availability.
• Handle cash transactions and customer purchases accurately.
• Support in-store promotions and foster a positive working environment.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
