Job summary

ASICS Asia Pte Ltd seeks a Retail Supervisor to deliver a memorable retail experience. You will supervise store operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional service while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll develop product expertise, manage merchandising, monitor trends, and follow store procedures to support sales goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Preferably possessing at least 3-4 years of retail experience.
• Previous sports/ footwear retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, flexibility and proactiveness are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring customers are treated with respect.
• Develop thorough knowledge of products in store.
• Maintain merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with current trends and the brand’s market position.
• Follow all operational procedures in the store and stock room.

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to help deliver a memorable retail experience by:

• Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect
• Developing a thorough knowledge of products in store
• Maintaining merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Keeping up to date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market
• Following all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room.

Knowledge & Experience

• Preferably possessing at least 3-4 years of retail experience

• Previous sports/ footwear retail experience preferred

Personal qualities/skills

• Strong skills needed in communication (written & oral), teamwork, flexibility, proactiveness

• Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Physical requirements include twisting, bending, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods of time; lift and carry 30 lbs / 13.61 kilograms

• Able to perform basic math functions
