Job summary

TEAMLINK MARKETING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a store leader who will manage daily operations on the store floor and act as the face of our brands. This hybrid role involves coordinating staff training, stock, and customer service to uphold an exceptional brand experience.

• Execute replenishment, visual merchandising and promotions on the floor.
• Handle floor customer escalations and receipt/transaction support; escalate stock or system issues.
• Submit daily store reports on sales, footfall and stock; flag issues to the Office Team.
• Onboard and train store staff on product knowledge and brand standards.

About the role

This is a hybrid store/office based role. You own the day to day running of the store floor, and you are the in store face of our brands. You train the team on product knowledge and service standards, uphold the brand experience, and act as the store point of contact to our Office Team. It is a role for someone who loves the floor, takes pride in how a store looks and feels, and enjoys bringing new staff up to speed.

What you will do

Running the store:

• You will run daily store operations, including opening and closing, floor standards, and store level stock handling.
• You will supervise and schedule the store team and be the on site lead.
• You will execute replenishment, visual merchandising and promotions on the floor.
• You will handle floor customer escalations and receipt or transaction support, and escalate any stock or system issues.
• You will also submit daily store reports on sales, footfall and stock, and flag store issues to the Office Team.

Raising the brand:

• You will onboard and train store staff on product knowledge and service and brand standards across Company Brands.
• You will uphold the in store brand experience and visual standards, and be the brand's face on the floor and to brand principals and mystery shoppers.
• You will deliver monthly store briefings in store, drive in store events and activations, and feed customer insight and product feedback back to our brand and merchandising team.

What we are looking for

You have strong retail floor experience, ideally with supervisory or keyholder responsibility. You are a confident trainer and communicator who can coach staff on both product and service. You have a genuine affinity for our brands and are comfortable and presentable representing them to customers and principals. You are organised and reliable as the store's link to the Office Team.
