About the role

Retail supervisors develop operations plans for their teams and make sure those plans are executed. The role is based at Changi Airport Terminal with rotating shift hours across a 44-hour work week, 5 days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the operations staff
• Preparation and updating of duty roster to ensure accuracy in the Info-Tech HRMS Time Management System
• Coach and train operations staff on GLOB+ system usage
• Conduct daily briefings to team members before the start of shift duty
• Provide constructive criticism and help team members develop by coaching and teaching selling related skills
• Lead by example and excel in customer service, merchandise knowledge, selling skills and cashiering
• Manage and improve the SOP and procedures related to inventory management at the assigned stores level
• Multitask while keeping the customer happy and satisfied
• Attend meetings and conferences as required
• Complete any ad-hoc assignments or projects assigned by your superior
