Job summary

Lotte Duty Free Singapore is hiring a frontline cashier to handle daily sales at our airport outlet. You will process all transactions, ensure accurate cash handling, and deliver friendly, efficient service to travelers from around the world.

Key duties include maintaining stock levels, adhering to duty-free regulations, and representing the brand with professionalism. The role requires stamina for weekend shifts, a minimum two-month commitment, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old & above due to sale and supply of tobacco products.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week including weekends & Public Holidays.
• Must be able to commit for at least 2 months.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• A good team player, mature and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Process all sales transactions using POS and handle cash/credit accurately and efficiently.
• Responsible for cash collections, withdrawals and reconciliation at end of shift.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of inventory such as receipt rolls and STEB bags.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment.
• Stay informed and adhere to duty-free allowances, age restrictions, and other relevant regulations.
• Engage with customers to encourage additional purchases to drive sales.
• Be the company's front-line ambassador to uphold company's branding and image.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
