Responsibilities

• Lead,Manage and motivate operations staff.
• Prepare and update duty rosters in HRMS.
• Coach staff on GLOB+ system usage and selling skills.
• Conduct daily shift briefings for the team.
• Provide constructive feedback to develop team selling skills.
• Lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, and cashiering.
• Manage SOPs for inventory at store level.
• Multitask to keep customers satisfied.
• Attend meetings and complete ad-hoc projects.
