Job Summary

Lead and manage all store operations to enhance customer satisfaction, achieve sales and profitability targets, and develop a high-performing retail team through effective training and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to increase customer base, boost store traffic, and maximize profitability
