Job summary

4B WATCHES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Full Time Retail Sales Promoter (Fashion Watches). You will promote our watch collections, tell the brand story, answer customer queries and provide a premium shopping experience in department stores.

Role requires customer-focused individuals who can manage store operations, stock, and simple admin tasks. Experience in fashion watches or luxury goods is a plus, with shift-based hours seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Candidate has prior experience in retail or luxury goods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Able to engage walk-in customers and drive sales.
• Reliable, proactive and able to handle store operations.

Responsibilities

Full Time Retail Sales Promoter (Fashion Watches)

We is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales promoter to represent our homegrown brand at department stores. If you love fashion, lifestyle design, and connecting with people, join us to grow together with the brand!

What You'll Do

• Promote and demonstrate our unique watch collections and fashion accessories to walk-in customers
• Share the brand story, explain product features, and answer customer queries
• Deliver a premium customer experience by recommending the perfect styles for customers
• Maintain excellent store presentation, organize displays, and keep up store standards
• Monitor stock levels, track inventory, and support merchandising activities
• Manage daily retail operations including store opening, closing, and simple admin tasks

• Responsible, reliable, and people-oriented personality
• Cheerful, professional, and comfortable engaging walk-in customers
• Independent worker who can take ownership and adapt to varied responsibilities
• Able to work retail hours and manage store operations smoothly
• Experience in retail, fashion, watches, or luxury goods is a plus!

Working Hours

• Mon – Sun | 6 days per week
• Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM (Inclusive of a 1.5-hour daily rest/meal break)
