Job summary

MCI Career Services in Singapore is hiring a retail sales associate to deliver excellent customer service and promote home appliances in a busy retail environment.

You will attend to customer inquiries, demonstrate products, and drive sales while maintaining attractive displays and providing feedback to the Sales & Marketing team. Working hours are 12pm–8pm, six days a week with one off day, and earnings include base salary plus allowances and commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to identify and respond to customers’ needs and inquiries.
• Good communication and product-promotion skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer and sales service in a retail environment.
• Identify and attend to customers’ needs and inquiries on our products.
• Demonstrate and promote products, and sell home appliances.
• Create a positive image and guide customers to purchase.
• Set up and arrange displays and demonstration areas.
• Update Sales & Marketing with sales status and feedback.

Salary: Basic $1800-$2200 + Mobile allowance monthly $40 + Dental yearly $200 + Commissions (Avg $800 – $3000)

Job Description

• To provide excellent customer and sale service in a retail environment
• Identify and attend to customers’ needs and enquiries on our products
• Demonstrate/promote, provide information and sell products (home appliances)
• Create a positive image and lead consumers to use/purchase it
• Set up and arrange displays & demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers
• Update and provide information and feedback to Sales & Marketing team on sales and status
• Any other duties as assigned
