Job summary

WOLA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dynamic retail associate to promote luxury timepieces and deliver exceptional customer service in our CBD boutique.

You will understand customer needs, present curated selections, and create memorable shopping experiences. You will build lasting client relationships, attend corporate and boutique events, and collaborate with a small team to meet sales and service targets on a 44-hour weekly roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
• Relevant retail sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for a senior appointment.
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on roster.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $2,000 Fixed Monthly + Sales Commission

Working Hours: 44 Hours Per Week | Retail Roster

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $1,800
• Fixed Meal Allowance: $200
• Sales Commission
• Variable Bonus - subject to company performance
• Overtime compensation where applicable
• Rotating rest/off days

Working Arrangement

• 44-hour work week
• Retail roster within approximately 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Required to work weekends and public holidays according to roster
