Job summary

Duchess Singapore, a luxury boutique in Singapore, is seeking a passionate Full-Time Sales Associate to join a growing team. You will provide personalised watch consultations, assist customers, and support daily store operations in a premium environment.

Experience in luxury sales is preferred, with training provided. The role includes Sundays half-day and a 4.5-day work week, plus basic salary, commission, incentives, and staff purchase privileges. Training is focused on luxury vintage watches.

Qualifications

• Retail or luxury sales experience preferred (training provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in watches, fashion, or luxury goods is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalised watch consultations.
• Handle walk-in customers, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries.
• Assist in sales transactions and after-sales follow-ups.
• Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Support daily store operations and stock handling.
• Create basic sales content (IG stories, simple product shots).

• Handle walk-in customers, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries
• Assist in sales transactions and after-sales follow-ups
• Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays
• Support daily store operations and stock handling
• Create basic sales content (IG stories, simple product shots)

Requirements

• Well-groomed, confident, and sales-oriented
• Retail or luxury sales experience preferred (training provided)
• Interest in watches, fashion, or luxury goods is a strong advantage
• Good communication skills
• Responsible, proactive, and a team player
• Able to commit on Sundays (Half Day)
